Grace Family Church

 

Born and raised in Richmond, VA and married in 1959, Billy taught school for 7 years in Bedford County, VA and Ellouise was the school secretary during that time. They moved to Roanoke, VA in 1979 where Billy left teaching to open his own insurance business, which he still owns and operates today. They became involved in the full gospel message after being saved for over 30 years, and received the baptism in the Holy Spirit in 1979 & 1980 and have been active in different parts of volunteer ministry since that time. They have worked with youth ministry, children and adult ministry over the past nearly 30 years. They have four children and 9 grandchildren and absolutely love being grandparents.  At Grace Family Church, Billy is on the Board of Directors and along with his wife Ellouise they serve in many different areas such as the "Campus Care Ministry", "58.7 Grace Street" which is a GFC ministry meeting the needs of others by providing clothes, furniture and bedding to those in need and they also helps with "Takin It To The Streets"", an outreach for different neighborhoods in the Roanoke Area. Our walk with the Lord has proven to us that His Word true - that He will never leave nor forsake us and that our every need is met through Him.
